BOOK DIRECT FOR BEST RATES

Always contact us direct, by email or telephone, before booking with an online website. We can usually offer better rates for a direct booking. Check the rate online first and then get in touch!

Unless a family or triple room is detailed, rates are based on two persons sharing a double ensuite room.

We offer Breakfast Inclusive or Room Only rates and free off road parking in our private car park

DEPOSIT

100 % of the first night will be charged on the day of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferable within the same season (subject to availability and appropriate room rates). If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

CHANGING YOUR BOOKING

There is no problem changing your booking for any reason provided you give us at least three weeks notice. We will transfer your deposit to the new booking, which will be subject to availability and the appropriate room rates for your revised stay.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

Payment of the balance of your account is required on arrival.

If you have any questions or queries with regards to booking at the Alendale Guest House, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Credit cards: all major credit/debit cards accepted, except American Express.

Unfortunately we do not accommodate large single sex groups, hen or stag Parties

The Alendale has a strict non smoking policy in line with current legislation.

You are welcome to check in from 2.30 p.m., however you may arrive earlier to drop off luggage and pick up your room keys. We will take your luggage to your room once it is ready, leaving you to enjoy Weymouth!
